Flexible Benefits Administration  

Aurora Administrative Solutions, Ltd. will provide full administration services for employer established flexible benefits programs. These services include the processing of healthcare expense reimbursement account claims, dependent care expense reimbursement account claims, and the purchase of ancillary benefits through the pre-tax deduction arrangement provided under IRC Section 125 regulations. Claims are submitted to Aurora Administrative Solutions, Ltd. by participants, processed using PC based software, funded by the employer and checks are released by Aurora Administrative Solutions, Ltd. to participants. We will also assist employers with plan design, enrollment, participant communications, and management of year end activities including required discrimination testing, corrective actions and government filings.
