Nancy L. Lee, CEBS
founder of Aurora Administrative Solutions, Ltd. has over 18 years of
senior management experience in the employee benefits field.
For six years prior to founding Aurora, Ms. Lee successfully staffed and
managed the operations of COBRA, Pension, Direct Billing, and Flexible
Benefits departments for the Dayton, Ohio branch of the nation's second
largest third party administrator. Prior to this position, Nancy had worked
in human resources management, employee benefits management and consulting
for over eight years.
Nancy is the President and Chief Operating Officer for Aurora
Administrative Solutions, Ltd. She obtained her BA in Human
Resources/Industrial Relations from Capital University and attained a
Certified Employee Benefits Specialist from the International Foundation of
Employee Benefits and the Wharton School of Business, University of
Pennsylvania designation in 1986.
